Our chef Tomislav Matić, born and raised in Dubrovnik, began to work in a kitchen at the age of 17. From the first day, he worked with highly respected and well-known Michelin stars chefs.
He perfected his cooking skills under the guidance of his grandfather Tomislav Korljan, who was the greatest chef in the former state, who perfected his profession by traveling and working in Europe.
The concept of our chef is based on classic Croatian dishes with subtle modern touches and a Mediterranean edge.
